From Education to Property – My Why

After years of working in the education sector in an administrative capacity, I developed a strong foundation in organisation, compliance, and communication—all essential skills for managing complex systems and working with diverse stakeholders.

My transition into property was a natural progression, driven by a long-standing passion for real estate, a desire for greater autonomy, and the opportunity to help others build financial security through smart investing.

In launching Graphite Ventures, I’ve combined my operational strengths with a strategic focus on sourcing high-potential property deals for investors. My background in administration means every deal is handled with structure, attention to detail, and professionalism because I know that great investments start with a process you can trust.
